The forms depicted in this section are Conflict Resolution Education Action Plan Forms that can be used by teachers to plan how to integrate CRE into their classroom lesson plans for the year. When selecting lessons, also consider how the lessons will be taught:

• What videos or simulation games might enhance the lesson
• What are some of the ways all learners in the classroom can be engaged in learning the skills and concepts? (see the Teachers Engagement Tool Kit accessed from the table of contents in this learning module for ideas).

• Completed samples of the forms are pictured below.

The forms can be used with content from the Annotated Bibliography, content from evidence based programs and curriculum, the Ohio Commission on Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management Resource Guides K-8 or 7-12, or the CRETE training manuals. Educators may choose to use these forms to record the steps and lessons needed to achieve their goals. Refer back to the application sheets if utilized during the training or workshop to complete this section. The form is helpful because it serves as a template educators can use to map out the logistics of their lesson plans for integrating CRE into their regular course curriculum and classroom management. Some educators also list the curriculum standard(s) that the lesson matches and/or what concept is being taught that relates to the states tests if applicable for their grade and subject level taught.

The form is divided into categories that support the main goal; strategy, steps to accomplish the strategy, time line and resources needed. Sample integration worksheets are provided in this section and in the following section for review.
